一般動詞の疑問文とまとめ問題

２−５　一般動詞の疑問文

前回の否定文と同じように今回も代動詞doを使っていきます。
一般動詞の疑問文は代動詞do＋主語＋一般動詞（原型）の形になります。

また、答え方は
Yes, I do.
No, I don’t.
と答えます。

be動詞で聞かれたらbe動詞で、doで聞かれたらdoで答えるのがポイントです。
早速例題を解いて確認しましょう。

例題５　次の英文を疑問文にし、YesとNoでそれぞれ答えの文も作りなさい。

（１）They live in Japan.
（２）Bob watches TV too much.

（１）一般動詞の疑問文は、代動詞do＋主語＋一般動詞（原型）の形なので、
Do they live in Japan?
Yes, they do./No, they don’t.
が答えになります。

（２）watchesが三単現の形になってるので注意して、
Does Bob watch TV too much?
Yes, he does./No, he doesn’t.
が答えとなります。

（４）一般動詞の否定文です。
Yumi doesn’t want a new bike.
（５）be動詞の疑問文です。
Are the students tired? Yes, they are.
（６）一般動詞の疑問文です。
Does Yui go to school by bike? No, she doesn’t.
